What is changing?
Etsy describes electronic filing through US Customs and Border Protection's ACE system using Entry Type 13 for informal entry of international postal packages valued at $2,500 or less. Postal carriers will collect shipment information and any required product documentation.

Describe the item and its materials clearly rather than using a vague description such as "gift". Ask your carrier whether its intended use as a children's product creates additional documentation requirements.
